How do you get paid if your help is free?
We earn a commission from Dojo when we introduce a new business. It comes from Dojo's margin, not your rate, so you pay the same or less than going direct.
Are you part of Dojo?
No, we're an independent consultancy and an authorised Dojo partner. We work for our clients, not Dojo, so we only recommend what's right for your business.
How long does a switch take?
Most businesses are live within 5 working days. We handle the application, the exit from your current provider, delivery of the hardware and your EPOS set-up.
What if I'm tied into a contract?
Dojo covers exit fees up to £3,000. We'll read your contract and tell you the exact figure before you decide anything.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of the UK. We're based in Nottingham and Sheffield, and most of our work happens by phone, email and video call.
